Prices & conditions 2024

Prices are per week in euros for max. 6 persons. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the prices.
During a 2-week holiday, you can relax and enjoy our beautiful domaine and everything there is to see and do in the wonderful surroundings.
Especially during the second week, you will be able to really unwind.

To help make your choice even easier, our delicious pizzas from the wood-fired oven will be yours for free on the day of your arrival!
BOOKING CONDITIONS
In high season our accommodations are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to receive you from 4 p.m., departure is before 10 a.m. Outside the high season it is possible to rent for a shorter period with a minimum of 3 nights. Ask about the rates.
ALMOST NO ADDITIONAL COSTS
In the prices per week the final cleaning, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included.
You only need to bring your own towels for the pool or a day at the beach.
Baby cots and high chairs can be booked for 1 euro per night. We do not provide bed linen for cots.
Our gîtes are fully air-conditioned. The electricity costs associated with the use of the air conditioning will be charged at departure, based on consumption.
If your stay is less than a week, the final cleaning, linen and towel are not included.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax for for persons aged 18 years and over, of approximately 1,50 euro per person per night is not included. We transfer this contribution to the municipality for you.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Animals after consultation and with supplement of 50 euros per week (you can even bring your horse!). It is forbidden to smoke inside.
PAYMENT
When booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit. The remaining rental amount must be paid at least one month before arrival. It is not possible to pay by credit or debit card on our domain.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the rent is due
- From 1 month before arrival to the day of departure: the full rent is due
If you have to interrupt your stay (late arrival, interruption or early departure), this will not result in a refund. We recommend you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance.

TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
We guarantee a free cancellation if your vacation cannot take place within two weeks before your departure due to travel restrictions or quarantine obligations for our region because of Covid or other diseases. No hassle with vouchers, within 14 days your money will be refunded. In all other situations our booking conditions apply. We advise you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance .
DEPOSIT
We do not ask for a deposit for our accommodation. We are confident that you will leave your accommodation in good condition. In case of damage, we will find a solution together.
