In high season our accommodation is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. We are happy to receive you from 4 p.m., departure is before 10 a.m. Outside the high season it is possible to rent for a shorter period with a minimum of 3 nights. Ask about the rates.
In the prices per week the final cleaning is included.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen for the gites. You just need to bring your own towels for the pool or a day at the beach. For glamping lodges you can bring your own linen or rent it from us. In the first case, please ask us for the dimensions of the beds.
If your stay is less than a week, linen and final cleaning are not included.
The tourist tax for for persons aged 18 years and over, of approximately 1 euro per person per night is not included. We transfer this contribution to the municipality for you.
Animals after consultation and with supplement of 50 euros per week (you can even bring your horse!)
It is forbidden to smoke inside.
When booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The reservation is final after receipt of the deposit. The remaining rental amount must be paid at least one month before arrival. It is not possible to pay by credit or debit card on our domain.
All cancellations must be made by e-mail. The cancellation conditions are as follows:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 30% of the rent is due
- From 1 month before arrival to the day of departure: the full rent is due
If you have to interrupt your stay (late arrival, interruption or early departure), this will not result in a refund. We recommend you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance.
We guarantee a free cancellation if your vacation cannot take place within two weeks before your departure due to travel restrictions or quarantine obligations for our region because of Covid-19. No hassle with vouchers, within 14 days your money will be refunded. In all other situations (COVID) our booking conditions apply. We advise you to subscribe to a cancellation insurance and to check if illness due to Covid-19 is covered by the conditions.
We do not ask for a deposit for our accommodation. We are confident that you will leave your accommodation in good condition. In case of damage, we will find a solution together.
